Giorgio has what we call a \u003cem\u003eVarietal Library\u003c\/em\u003e, where he grows Liberica, Gesha, Bourbon, and even has new varieties mutating on the Volcano.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSan Jerónimo focuses on sustainable farming and has the largest composting and creative growing program we have ever seen.
