Sidra is an Ecuadorian variety, a cross between Bourbon and Typica. This is grown toward the top of Giorgio's farm.

Finca San Jerónimo Miramar sits on the side of a volcano near lake Atitlán. In 2015, Iconik traveled to Guatemala and connected with Giorgio, a third-generation coffee producer working his family farm. Giorgio has what we call a Varietal Library, where he grows Liberica, Gesha, Bourbon, and even has new varieties mutating on the Volcano.

San Jerónimo focuses on sustainable farming and has the largest composting and creative growing program we have ever seen. These coffees are incredibly clean and have little to no defects.
