 This coffee won a Silver Medal in the GCA (Global Coffee Awards) for all of US and Canada. We believe 80% of the credit is due to the producer, and 20% is our passion and dedication to their work. 

Jorge Elías Rojas is a 4th-generation farmer who has created a lot of success for himself and for others in his community. His experimental processings and fermentations have become a huge hit for those of us who treasure amazing coffee.
